At Frenchie Shop, we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your new exchange items will be shipped.
